TERMS OF CONDITIONS

1. Introduction This terms and conditions document specifies the rules for using the NZDN internet service, available at https://nzdn.art. The service is used to sell his hand-painted paintings and limited fine prints of his paintings and paint brushes.

2. Definitions

3. Rules for using the Service

Use of the Service is only permitted on the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions. The User has the right to use the Service in accordance with its purpose freely. The User is obliged to use the Service in a manner consistent with the law, good morals, and the Terms and Conditions. The User has the right to use the Service without the need for registration. Registration in the Service is not possible. The Service is intended solely to conclude sales contracts between the User and NZDN.

4. Shopping in the Service

To purchase a painting, the User must add it to the cart and then proceed All prices given in the Service are gross prices and include VAT. The cost of delivery must be added to the price of the painting, which will be given to the User before placing the order. The following payment methods are available: Stripe payment service. After placing the order, the User will receive an order confirmation by email to the address provided by them. The order confirmation will contain details of the order and information on delivery and payment. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the User will be informed of this fact by email to the address provided by them.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and all content available on it, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio and video materials, are the property of Patryk Mioduszewski or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The use of any content available on the Service for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

The Service is not responsible for any technical problems related to the operation of the Service, including interruptions in the availability of the Service, caused by external factors. The Service is not responsible for the content of external websites to which the Service includes links. The Service reserves the right to make changes to the content of the Service, including the terms and conditions, at any time without notice to the User.

7. Final provisions

The terms and conditions are prepared under Polish law. All disputes arising from the use of the Service are resolved by Polish common courts. If any of the provisions of the terms and conditions are found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining provisions remain in force.
